In 1946, Virgil Bozeman established what later became known as Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe, LLP. Since 1968, the firm has been known as Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe (now known as Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe, LLP) and has been located in the Fifth Avenue Building of downtown Moline, Illinois. The firm also has an office in Davenport, Iowa. Today, the firm includes thirteen partners, two associates and three of counsel lawyers.

The firm receives defense assignments from approximately 30 insurance companies and other large businesses.

Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe, LLP also handles a large number of workers' compensation claims. For many years, lawyers from the firm have been responsible for the representation of Deere & Company, and are well known throughout northwestern Illinois and eastern Iowa as outstanding respondents' attorneys.

All attorneys in the firm are licensed to practice in Illinois and most also are licensed to practice in Iowa.
